Small Business Reminder

I am so grateful to be a part of your hair & lash journey—to help you feel beautiful, confident, and like the best version of yourself. Doing hair & lashes isn’t just my passion; it’s also how I support my family. When an appointment is canceled last-minute or missed, that’s income my family and kids depend on, and unfortunately, I can’t always fill the spot on short notice.

I completely understand that times aren’t easy right now, and if something isn’t in your budget, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m more than happy to talk through options and see if there’s anything I can do to make it work for you.

That said, my cancellation policy remains in place:

    •    Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
    •    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged the full service fee.

Thank you for respecting my time and my business, just as I respect yours. Your support means everything to me and my family, and I appreciate each and every one of you!

Service Refund

I take great pride in my work and strive to ensure every client leaves feeling confident and satisfied. However, due to the nature of hair and lash services, all sales are final, and no monetary refunds will be given.

    •    Hair Services: If you are unhappy with your hair for any reason, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment. I am happy to offer a complimentary redo appointment to make necessary adjustments.
    •    Lash Services: There are no refunds on lash services, including in the case of an allergic reaction. Allergies and sensitivities are beyond my control, and it is the client’s responsibility to disclose any known allergies before the appointment.

If you have any concerns about your service, please reach out as soon as possible so we can find the best solution for you. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I appreciate your understanding of these policies.

Purchase Refund

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to me directly, and I will do my best to resolve the situation in the best way possible.

    •    Dropshipping Purchases: Refunds and returns are subject to the policies of the supplier. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me, and I will assist you in finding a solution.
    •    Scalp Health Education: Due to the nature of digital and educational products, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued. However, if you experience any issues accessing your materials, please let me know, and I will ensure you receive what you purchased.

Your satisfaction is important to me, and I appreciate your support! If you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out so we can find the best resolution.

Cancellation

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly impact my ability to provide for my family. To be fair to all clients and to keep my schedule running smoothly, the following cancellation policy is in place:

    •    Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance – No fee will be charged. I appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to adjust your appointment.
    •    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time – You will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
    •    No-shows – Will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to this policy. I understand that life happens, and if an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss your situation. Thank you for respecting my time and business—I appreciate you!

Late Arrival

Respecting everyone’s time is essential to providing the best service possible. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, I’ve updated my late policy, effective immediately:

    •    If you arrive late by any amount of time, a $10 late fee will be added to your service total.
    •    If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and you will be required to pay the full appointment fee plus the $10 late fee before rebooking.

This policy is non-negotiable and is in place out of respect for both your scheduled time and the clients booked after you. When one appointment runs late, it affects the entire schedule for the day. Your time is valuable, and so is the time of others.
